Problem with RNS850?

So I have 6 presets on the FM radio channel that I use. While listening to the radion, I changed the radio station to a channel that is not in my presets and listened to that for a few days. Then tonight while driving and listening to the non-preset FM channel, I changed the station to a preset channel. After stopping and picking up dinner, I noticed after a few minutes of driving that my radio was not on the preset I changed it to. Instead, it was back on the non-preset channel.

When I got home, I tried something. I made sure I was listening to my preset channel and shut off the car. I put the key in the ignition (I did not start it), and I was still listening to my preset channel. As soon as I started the car, the radio station went back to my non-preset channel. :mad: Even

I've reset the radio a few times and no matter what I do, I cannot get the radio to stop returning to the non-preset channel every time I start the car when the radio is in the FM mode.

Any suggestions anyone?
