2007 Yamaha R6-s...Excellent Condition...Upgrades

Im selling my 2007 Yamaha R6s, hate to do it because I love the bike. Im buying a house soon and I need to cut my budget a little. I am the second owner of the bike, I purchased it from the original owner about two years ago with 3500 miles on the bike. Now the bike has 7900 miles. Most of the miles I put on the bike are highway because I have a 50 mile commute each way for work everyday. Since I have owned it, I have done all the regular maintenance. When I got the bike it was completely stock. But I have added quite a few add-ons!

Here's the list of parts on the bike:

-Michelin Pilot Power 2CT Front and Rear Tires...New this season (2,000 miles on them)
-Akrapovic Carbon Fiber Hex Exhaust
-Lockhart Philips Fuel Injector Controller
-GPR 1.0 Steering Stabilizer
-Vortex Black Adjustable Brake and Clutch Lever
-Clear Alternatives Smoked Integrated Tail
-Hot Bodies Smoked Flush Mount Turn Signals
-Hot Bodies Fender Eliminator
-Renthal 532 Front and 532 Rear Sprockets (-1 tooth in the front/+1 in the rear)
-Speedo Healer
-Puig Racing Screen

The bike is in great shape and has never been down. I removed all of the stock decals from the fairings, in my opinion it makes the bike look real clean. The only problem with the bike is the right lower fairing has a crack in it. The previous owner tried to pull it off with 2 screws still in and it cracks, barely noticeable. Also the right side flush mount lens came off, must of been one day while riding to or from work cause when I got home i noticed it was missing. Other than that the bike runs amazing, with it geared -1/+1, I can keep up with my friends 2010 cbr1000. Its a great bike and I hate to let it go but need the funds for a house.

Looking to get $4,500 obo...Any questions please contact me through email...Thanks for looking!
